Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor 7W. This part-time role (24 hours/week) covers Friday through Sunday nights and includes planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating patient care in designated areas.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree and an active MO RN license (compact allowed), with 3–5 years hospital experience and BLS. BSN and change-management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an RN license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse as needed and assumes delegated managerial duties.
• Operate in alignment with Mercy mission, values and Service Standards.
