Mercy is seeking a Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor RN to oversee designated areas at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO.

This part-time, night-shift role (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) involves clinical leadership, coordination of staff, and hands-on nursing as needed to support patient care quality. The position requires an RN license in Missouri (or compact), 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• 3–5 years hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department as needed and assumes managerial duties as delegated.
