Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor RN for 7W (Fri-Sun night shift). Part-time, 24 hours/week.

The role includes planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care in designated area, serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients, and stepping in as staff nurse as needed. Managerial duties may be delegated. Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing education (RN), MO license or compact, 3–5 years

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or possess compact licensure.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by American Heart Association, or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
