Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor RN (7W) to support planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient care in designated areas.

The role serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may function as staff nurse as needed. This part-time night-shift position (Fr, Sa, Su; 24 hours/week) requires MO RN licensure (or compact) and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: ADN, Diploma, or BSN from an accredited program.
• Missouri RN license or compact licensure as per state requirements.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; can be obtained within 30 days if not held.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assume managerial duties delegated by a manager.
• Perform duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.
