Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a part-time Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor (7W) to assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas.

The role supports staff and patients as a clinical resource and may function as a staff nurse when needed. Night shift on Fri-Sun, 24 hours/week, with potential managerial duties delegated by a manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients.
• Functions as staff nurse in department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
