Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor RN to oversee operations and patient care in the designated areas. This role serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may perform staff nurse duties as needed.

The position requires 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, Missouri RN licensure (or compact), and BLS certification. BSN and additional certifications are preferred; leadership and change-management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: ADN, Nursing Diploma, BSN.
• Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care for designated areas.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
