Job summary

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Fenton is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care in settings demanding complex assessments and interventions, in line with established policies and protocols.

Responsibilities include comprehensive data gathering, care planning, inter-professional collaboration, and ongoing evaluation to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care for diverse populations within a high-velocity clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
• One year registered nurse experience

Responsibilities

• Obtains comprehensive data from patient, family and providers to form a holistic view of needs
• Analyzes data to determine relevant diagnoses or conditions
• Identifies optimal outcomes with patient/family and care team
• Develops and implements an evidence-based care plan
• Maintains safe environment and coordinates plan with patient/family and team
• Evaluates progress toward goals and maintains current knowledge and competence
• Communicates effectively with patient, family and inter-professional team
• Uses evidence-based practice and clinical knowledge for patient age-specific needs

Education
