Job summary

SSM Health is seeking a PRN3 Women''s Services RN at St. Clare Hospital in Fenton. The role focuses on managing women''s services activities, workflow, and nursing resources to ensure high-quality, family-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in respective state(s) listed.
• No experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care delivery to promote woman, newborn, and family-centered care.
• Evaluates progress toward expected outcomes for women and newborns.
• Communicates and collaborates with women, families, and care teams to ensure safe, holistic care.
• Acts as a mentor to staff and applies evidence-based nursing practice.

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
