Andwell Health Partners in Maine is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, in-home care that respects comfort and dignity for patients and families.

You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, manage pain and symptoms, educate families, and advocate for patient goals in collaboration with our interdisciplinary hospice team.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in the State of Maine.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of pain management and symptom control practices.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes in accordance with physician-directed plans of care.
• Assess patients' physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Develop individualized care plans with measurable outcomes in partnership with patients and families.
• Manage pain and symptoms to maximize comfort and quality of life.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members to support informed decision-making.
