Responsibilities include reviewing claims for rehab suitability, monitoring documentation for compliance, assisting with training, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license or CRC credential.
• Experience in workers' compensation, case management, vocational rehabilitation, occupational health, disability management, or rehabilitation counseling preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Review workers' compensation claim files to determine vocational rehabilitation services are appropriate.
• Evaluate referrals, assessments, rehabilitation plans, and case closures for quality and timeliness.
• Monitor case documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Process vocational rehabilitation appeals according to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to review progress and guide field case managers.
• Work with physicians and other professionals to achieve best outcomes for injured workers.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Contribute to development and improvement of policies and best practices.
• Support high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and service.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education.
