One to One Health (Rivian Health Hub) seeks a dedicated Workers' Compensation Case Manager to coordinate claims and serve as the liaison among injured employees, Rivian leadership, insurers, and clinicians. The role aims to facilitate optimal medical recovery and a safe, timely return to work.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with knowledge of workers' compensation processes and medical terminology, delivering high-quality service for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of workers' compensation case management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with state workers' compensation laws and HIPAA.
• Experience with EMR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Case Coordination: be the primary contact for all parties in a claim.
• Communicate case status, treatment plans, and work-status updates clearly.
• Manage treatment plans, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals.
• Implement and monitor return-to-work plans with leadership.
• Obtain necessary authorizations for treatment and document progress.
