Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Two years of paid experience as a vocational rehabilitation counselor in Washington.
• CRC or CDMS designation with relevant industrial insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Call or visit work sites to gather information for job analyses.
• Travel to meet clients for intake interviews and document signing.
• Prepare and maintain records and case files, including client information and services.
• Develop rehabilitation plans aligned with client aptitudes and goals.
• Monitor progress to ensure goals are met.
• Consult with clients to discuss options and develop plans.
• Maintain contact with clients during training and placements.
• Consult with physicians and other professionals to implement programs.
• Arrange evaluations to assess needs and develop plans.
• Analyze information to assess abilities and eligibility.
• Build relationships with community referral sources.
