Homelake Veterans Community Living Center is seeking a Nurse II to provide direct resident care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and supervise nursing staff. The role requires Colorado RN licensure and current BLS/CPR certification, with responsibilities spanning admission assessments, medication administration, and meticulous documentation in the EHR.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, participate in quality improvement, and ensure adherence to state and VA regulations.

Qualificações

• Current, valid RN licensure from Colorado or eNLC state.
• BLS or CPR certification required and maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Perform admission and daily assessments, develop care plans, monitor health changes and notify physicians.
• Safely administer routine and specialized interventions (IV therapy, venipuncture, enteral nutrition).
• Direct, delegate, and prioritize daily nursing assignments (RN, LPN, CNA).
• Orient staff, provide coaching, ensure competencies, and maintain resident records in the EHR.
