The State of Colorado, working within the Residential and Reintegration Services at Homelake Veterans Community Living Center, seeks a Client Care Aide (CNA) to provide basic resident care in a secure facility. You will perform bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, and routine assessments, reporting changes to supervising staff.

Applicants must hold a current Colorado CNA license and BLS CPR certification. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualificações

• Current & active Certified Nurse Assistant license and a current BLS CPR certification.
• Vaccinations as required by State and facility.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic hands-on patient/resident care in a safe, clean environment.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and skin care.
• Positioning, transferring, ambulating, and mobility assistance.
• Feeding programs and toileting routines; charting/documenting as required.
• Perform basic assessments (vital signs, weights, etc.) and report changes to RN/LPN.
