Job summary

Memorial Medical Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise day-to-day nursing activities during a tour of duty. The role requires leadership to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The RN will assist in developing policies, maintain nursing service procedures, and participate in safety, QA, and discharge planning. Strong communication and collaboration with the DON/ADON are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the relevant state.
• CPR certification required or current within the state.
• 2+ years of experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty.
• Participate in policy development and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain quality assurance and participate in facility surveys as required.
• Plan, coordinate, and review discharge plans and resident care.
• Lead nursing staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance and safety.
