Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to deliver high-quality, safe care, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other team members while supporting continuity of care for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license
• CPR certification
• 1–2 years of experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work based on resident needs and staffing levels
• Manage staffing logistics and schedules
• Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff
• Oversee unit operations in the absence of higher management
• Supervise licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and CNAs and coordinate resident care
