Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a RN Supervisor in New York to oversee nursing units and provide clinical supervision across shifts in a long-term care setting. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and focuses on maintaining high-quality resident care through teaching and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of long-term care supervisory or lead experience, a current RN license, and BLS certification. CPI training within 90 days is required.
