Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing activities in a long-term care setting, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will lead day-to-day nursing operations, coordinate care, and evaluate performance.

Qualifications include a nursing degree and an active RN license in this state; leadership and supervisory abilities are essential. Prior supervision in LTC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.

Responsibilities

• The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
