Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipates census and acuity changes and allocates nursing resources accordingly.
• Model expectations for customer service and patient safety urgency.
• Ensure standard of care; provide consultations and care delivery expertise.
• Serve as a clinical resource to nursing staff and other departments.
• Coordinate safe, multidisciplinary care and supervise nursing/technical staff.
• Recruit, hire and train new staff; identify training needs.
