Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities within our facility. This role ensures care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and coordinates with the DON/ADON as needed.

The RN will support administration, participate in policy development, maintain nursing manuals, and supervise licensed staff to uphold service quality and patient safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and policies.
• Participate in care plans and discharge planning.
• Attend committee meetings and report findings.
• Ensure staffing levels and assign duties.
• Monitor patient care and coordinate with physicians.
