Job summary

PACS Group (United Kingdom) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the shift, ensuring care is delivered in line with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations under the guidance of the DON and ADON when applicable.

The role emphasizes collaboration, policy maintenance, quality assurance, and coordination with other resident services to sustain the residents' care plan and ensure charting and reporting are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Direct nursing staff to comply with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON for policy updates and QA.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure it reflects daily nursing procedures.
• Participate in facility surveys and discharge planning as required.
• Attend committee meetings related to Care Plans and nursing services.
