Job summary

Caretree Health Corporate is seeking an RN Unit Manager for a Sub Acute & Long Term Care facility in New York. This full-time role oversees all aspects of resident care and ensures continuous, high-quality service to residents.

Responsibilities include mentoring nurses and CNAs, coordinating with families and departments (therapy, dietary and social work), and supporting sub-acute rehab and long-term care programs. Flexibility in shifts is helpful to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Current license in NY is required.
• Flexibility in schedule is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and ensure delivery of services.
• Mentor nurses and CNAs; liaise with families and other departments (therapy, dietary, social work).
• Assist with annual competencies and staff in-services.
• Support Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care.
