Caretree Health Corporate is seeking an RN Unit Manager for a Sub Acute & Long Term Care facility in New York. This full-time role oversees all aspects of resident care and ensures continuous, high-quality service to residents.

Responsibilities include mentoring nurses and CNAs, coordinating with families and departments (therapy, dietary and social work), and supporting sub-acute rehab and long-term care programs. Flexibility in shifts is helpful to meet resident needs.

• Current license in NY is required.

Skilled Nursing Facility is actively seeking an RN Unit Manager.

Sub Acute & Long Term Care facility. This Full Time position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service to our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.


• Mentoring of Nurses and Certified Nurses Assistants, interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position


• Assist with annual competencies and staff in-services


• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in NY


• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
