Hc, a Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, oversee daily clinical operations, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team with professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned nursing unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor clinical documentation and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct rounds and address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the highest standards of care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan meetings.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain survey readiness and support regulatory compliance efforts.
