Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for the day shift in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role focuses on leading clinical operations, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of resident care.

You will oversee day-to-day unit activities, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure timely, quality care. A valid RN license and SNF leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Previous supervisory or unit management experience in a SNF preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and clinical documentation.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.

Full-Time | Day Shift
Salary: Up to $125,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team on the day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality resident care, staff development, and maintaining high clinical standards.
