Qualifications

• Current Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure through reciprocity.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
• At least one (1) year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour oversight of your assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff with focus on CNA support and performance.
• Set clear expectations for care delivery, accountability, and teamwork.
• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans.
• Monitor clinical indicators and address resident needs.
• Ensure high standards in documentation, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
