Job summary

Thomson Health and Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Registered Nurse supervisor to oversee a nursing unit of residents. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other staff to ensure high‑quality resident care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and therapists, documenting care accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting teamwork and patient comfort in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and other personnel.
• Coach, counsel, and assign CNAs and other nurses to provide quality resident care.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and ensure they are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility records.
