Job summary

National Health Care Associates oversees Reservoir, a long-term care provider, and is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to manage nursing staff within a dedicated unit. You will ensure high-quality resident care and a positive work environment.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate staffing and resources, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. An RN license is required; advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.
• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff.
