Job summary

Linley Park Post Acute is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Anderson, SC. You will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, leading the clinical team and supporting CNAs and LPNs in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
• CPR certification required; 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in long-term care or rehab.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members.
• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies.
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment.

Position Summary:
