• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Organize shift workloads to balance skill mix and facility layout.
• Review policies, implement changes, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Plan services and activities, coordinating with resident care teams.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory surveys.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Direct communications with physicians and document orders promptly.
