Job summary

Allied Services is seeking a Unit Manager to oversee the 24-hour operation of the nursing unit, supervising RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure quality resident care. Candidates must have an accredited nursing program degree and PA RN licensure, with CPR certification either current or obtainable, and a willingness to be on-call 24 hours.

A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained and maintained.
• Possession of a current Registered Nurse license as issued by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Twenty-four hour management of the nursing unit.
• Supervise, coordinate, and delegate clinical duties and unit activities.
• Ensure care quality for adult through geriatric residents and adherence to Nursing Department policies.
