Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead daily nursing operations and supervise licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants in a long-term care setting.

You will organize tours of duty, allocate tasks, and ensure care plans are followed according to physician orders. The role requires a Nursing Degree and at least one year of nursing experience, with supervisory exposure in long-term care and MDS/RAI experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• At least one year nursing experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term Care and MDS/RAI experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assign nursing duties to balance workload among staff.
• Review policies and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and physician orders; supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents and coordinate with physicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and charting; oversee medication administration.
