Job summary

Glenwood Health Center by Harborview is seeking a Unit Manager - RN to lead and coordinate patient care in our long-term care environment. The role requires overseeing RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides, ensuring safe delivery of medications and treatments.

You will conduct admissions and routine assessments, monitor residents, document clearly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities
