Job summary

Harborview-Pierce-County in Georgia is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee medications and care plans in a resident-centered setting.

You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, complete admissions, monitor conditions, and ensure safety and quality of care with timely documentation and strong team communication.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred but not required—investment in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
