Job summary

Harborview-Health-Systems in North Carolina is seeking an RN/LPN Charge Nurse to lead clinical care for residents in a compassionate, faith-based setting.

In this role you will deliver medications, supervise Medication Aides when applicable, monitor resident conditions, document clearly and promptly, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families to maintain safety, comfort, and continuity of care. You will also support daily living activities and uphold infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the United States.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
