Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth, ME, seeks an RN Unit Manager to oversee a Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing unit. Lead nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care with strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

You will manage staffing, mentoring, and daily operations while maintaining compliance and delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced setting. Rate of pay is $40–$46/hr, with a $4K sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.
• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.
