Job summary

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth, ME invites experienced RNs to join as Unit Manager. You will lead the nursing team on the Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing unit, oversee care plans, staffing, and daily operations to ensure resident well-being.

You will supervise two charge nurses, mentor staff, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and help maintain a compassionate, high-quality care environment for our aging residents at 370 Portland Avenue.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state RN license.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.
• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff.
