Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth, ME seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee a Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing unit, including 2 charge nurses. You will coordinate nursing staff, develop individualized care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care in a dynamic setting.

Role requires an active RN license, leadership experience in long-term care, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.
• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.
