Job summary
Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth, Maine seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee a Long Term Care & Skilled Nursing unit. You will lead a nursing team, develop care plans, supervise staffing, and ensure quality care for residents.

Qualifications
- Valid state RN nursing license.
- Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care.

- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.
- Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.
