Job summary

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Maine is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee a Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing unit. You will supervise two charge nurses, develop care plans, and ensure quality resident care with a focus on health, comfort, and well‑being.

Qualifications

Valid state RN nursing license.
Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care setting.
Advanced degree or certification preferred.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit.
Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care.
Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
