Brentwood affiliate is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing staff on a dedicated Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing unit at 370 Portland Avenue, Yarmouth, ME. You will lead care planning, supervise operations, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being and ensure compliance. A $4,000 sign-on bonus and strong benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care
• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
