Qualifications

• Currently valid state RN nursing license.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team within the unit.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise staffing, scheduling, and resources on the unit.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.
