Qualifications

• RN license required and active in-state nursing license.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff within the unit.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents.
• Supervise staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
