Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead nursing services, assess systems, and ensure delivery of quality resident care. This full-time, salaried role offers weekdays daytime hours with no weekends, a sign-on bonus of $3,500, and opportunities for professional growth as you oversee nursing procedures, develop plans of care, and mentor staff.

Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Assessing and evaluating systems that deliver quality resident care.
Facilitating resolution of issues and concerns related to resident/patient care, including family issues.
Implementing and evaluating all nursing procedures and systems for unit programming.
Making nursing diagnoses that guide care strategies.
Performs nursing assessments of residents/patients health status.
Develops and implements plans of care and nursing care.
Provides health education to patients and their families.
