Job summary

AristaCare Health Services seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead nursing care for a defined patient population within an assigned unit and ensure the nursing process is delivered effectively. You will coordinate resources, interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to achieve high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a valid New Jersey RN license, at least one year of supervisor experience in a healthcare setting, and training in rehabilitative nursing

Unit Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Unit Manager - RN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Must possess, a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have, as a minimum, one year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
