Qualifications
- RN license in New Jersey (Active).
- Unit Manager experience required.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit.
- Lead nursing staff, scheduling, training and evaluations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Recruiting and onboarding nursing staff.
- Coordinate with department heads for smooth facility operations.
- Communicate with residents and families about care plans.
