Royalton Manor, part of Ciena Healthcare, seeks an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit in Michigan. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure compliant, high-quality resident care, and mentor staff in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, regulatory adherence, and staff development to support safe, resident-centered care. Strong leadership and nursing practice knowledge are essential.

Formación

• RN license in the state of employment (Michigan)
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care or post-acute settings
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Working knowledge of nursing practice, infection control, and regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades

• Supervises nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs/STNAs.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Interviews, hires and trains staff; plans and directs workflow.
• Prepares performance evaluations and manages schedules and breaks.
• Receives and resolves employee complaints; disciplines as needed.
