Responsibilities

• Perform General Management Functions: hire, discipline, and evaluate staff.
• Plan and facilitate meetings to address resident care issues for the unit.
• Monitor unit operations to ensure high-quality care and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure timely interventions and appropriate care.
• Assist in orientation and mentoring of new personnel; monitor skill development.
