Responsabilités

• Lead, guide and direct the overall operations, coordination and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.
• Ensure patient/resident care delivery aligns with the mission, values, policies, standards, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy and other professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes on the unit.
