Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight for nursing staff on the unit.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, patients, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and education.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
